HED Activities:
- gathers scientific and expert potentials in the field of energy industry,
- provides scientific and expert assistance in the elaboration and establishment of energy policy and improves energy-related culture in Croatia,
- international co-operation in the field of energy sciences and environmental protection,
- provides material and expert support to junior experts in the field of energy,
- supports publishing activities in the field of energy sciences (publishing magazines, technical reviews, analyses, etc.),
- organises expert conferences and courses in the field of energy industry,
- elaborates expertise and organises expert exchange, expert visits and education, and grants scholarship to students,
- supports the elaboration of regulation proposals, by-laws, recommendations, guidelines, instructions and standards,
- grants the "Hrvoje Požar" award annually, to scientists and experts as well as students in the field of energy industry,
- organises annually "Forum - Energy Day in Croatia", an expert gathering in the field of energy industry.
